From Legacy to Impact: the role of families in shaping the future

Philip Marcovici is one of the founding advisors to the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s Multigenerational Leadership Programme. The fourth Cohort of the programme is launching in May 2026.

As part of CISL’s work on Business Leadership, in October 2025 a panel of experts in multi-generational leadership were brought together to explore how families – particularly those responsible for stewarding enterprises, investments or philanthropic initiatives – can play a pivotal role in building sustainable and resilient societies.
