Iraj Ispahani has been working with Philip Marcovici on a variety of educational initiatives, including family business and family office programmes earlier offered by the Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education Division, in relation to which Iraj and Philip were founding advisors. Most recently, Philip and Iraj have become founding advisors to the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership where they are involved with a new programme entitled Multi-Generational Leadership. The Ispahanis have been involved in business in South Asia since 1820. In 1947 the corporate Head Office was moved to Chittagong, where it stands today. The family has established schools and colleges in Bangladesh as well as the renowned Ispahani Islamia Eye Hospital which has been looking after the eye care needs of thousands of Bangladeshis since its inception in 1960.

Often working with Iraj Ispahani and his colleagues, Philip Marcovici, among others,  designs and delivers family retreats, works on family charters and constitutions, and provides strategic input to global private banks, trust companies, wealth managers and other players in the wealth management industry.
